Brief

Reverse engineered a Green Toys helicopter by measuring the physical toy with calipers, modeling 5 components with complex curved surfaces using Loft and Mirror features, and assembling with rotating blade mates.

Outcome

Fully recreated the toy in SolidWorks with engineering documentation and photorealistic render.
